Aside from the Royal Hippodrome that is some distance apart in Seaside, all Eastbourne theaters are a moment away such as Eastbourne’s Winter Garden. The Towner Art Centre is also quite close along with a level 10 minute walk will take you to the town center.

Next door to the Grand this lovely hotel is located directly from the Western Lawns at Grand Parade and has fabulous views of the English Channel along with the world famous Beachy Head. Although this is by no way a cheap hotel to keep at and hailed as a three-star hotel, its comfort and service is 5 star. Through time the resort has expanded and now offers 101 bedrooms.
