Our Reservation Policy:

To confirm your stay at our hotel we will charge the first night on your credit card. Unless it is a special offer, in this case the charges vary depending on the policy of each offer.
Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before your scheduled date of arrival. If not, you will be charged the amount of one night, plus tax. If your reservations is for 3 nights or more, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay.
In case of no show we will charge total amount of the stay.
Reservations at promotional rates (Special offers) cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.

ONCE AT OUR HOTEL, IF YOU DECIDE TO GO AWAY BEFORE THE DATE BOOKED FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE LET US KNOW 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR NEW DEPARTURE DATE, OTHERWISE WE WILL CHARGE THE WHOLE STAY. IN CASE OF NO-CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW, WE CHARGE THE WHOLE STAY.

Minimum stay of two nights for the weekend. If the reservation is for all the weekend and you stay just one night, you will be charged for both nights. The reservation can be cancelled without a penalty if you advise us 72 hours before.

The day after arrival we will charge the whole stay to avoid problems.
